· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of September 2025 is 135,356 up by 2,120 or 2% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 10,518,016, an increase of 2.7% from the previous year.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 69.3% for the month of September 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 46 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while three (3) routes, Route 46, Route 307, and Route 671 (on detour) had an on-time performance below 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for September was 595,105 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 11,518 miles for the month.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the August sign-up and will remain in effect until the October sign-up.

- New Route 421 Kapilina will be implemented on a pilot basis and interline with

Route 91.

- Route A terminus, relocated to Bus Stop #2590 (Kaonohi St + Opp Pearlridge Center).
